Technical Information
Concretus, in conjunction with TR Homes, manufacture the concrete floors for transportable homes using innovative constructive techniques. The construction procedure of these concrete floors consist of the following:
• Reinforcing bar, reinforcing fabric and lifting anchors fixed inside steel casting mould
• High early strength concrete poured
• Vibrating screed used to provide a compacted and level finish
• Cured for 30 hours
• Lifted out with an overhead crane
• Finally positioned in the yard ready for the Builder to build on

This method of construction has been developed and improved to provide the highest quality concrete floor slabs whilst still remaining at a competitive price.
